Final Landscape Design

Once the Conceptual Plan has been approved the Final Design Stage begins.

The final landscape design will be drawn 1:100 and coloured showing all the hardscaping elements such as paving, water features, pool, pavilions, retaining walls, raised garden planters etc. A schedule of all the recommended hardscape materials and finishes will be provided.

Detailed planting will be drawn in and a schedule of plants selected and their quantities will be provided. Relevant brochures and a file directory of plants and garden care then completes the Final Landscape Design.

A meeting in our office will be scheduled for handover of the plans.

Final balance of payment is required at this handover.
